These sterling silver and rosewood Mid-Century Modern cuff links are simple, balanced and architectural. Geometric solids, in this case a trapezoid, were the dominant aesthetic running through the international style of the period. Most examples, regardless of size or function, when combined with fine handling and carefully selected materials, continue to please. There is no maker’s mark on the cuff links but there was no shortage of talented, independent craftspeople working in private studios during the 1950s and 1960s able to produce pieces of this quality.
